We are pleased to announce an exciting new partnership with Click it Local for BID members.
Click It Local is a virtual high street that will make it easy for local residents to buy from any independent shop, and have it delivered straight to their door on the same day.
From 16 February, through Click It Local, locals will be able to purchase everything they need from one local marketplace – from weekly food essentials, gifts and treats to last-minute basics – shoppers can easily purchase from their local businesses, with one payment and one same-day delivery.
Click It Local’s mission is to help save local high streets across the UK by making shopping local easier and faster than using the likes of Amazon!
Steve Koch, founder of Click It Local, said: “I love shopping locally so wanted to find a way to help small shops offer the same level of speed and convenience that today’s online customers have come to expect. Our aim is to ensure we can all continue to shop local, support independent shops and provide for the local community.”
All BID businesses are able to get involved and be a part of the virtual high street and the BID is funding the first three months in full for businesses so there is no cost to get involved.
The virtual Bishop’s Stortford virtual high street will go live on 16 February, more details on how to shop will be released shortly.
