The Town Council’s annual Christmas Fayre will take place on Saturday 7th December 2024.
Should BID businesses wish to have a stall, the Town Council are offering a special discount as follows:
Standard 3m x 3m pitch price £65 – BID discounted price £40
Catering pitch 3m x 3m £110 – BID discounted price £85

Should any BID members have in-store offers or promotions taking place on the day of the Christmas Fayre, then as well as our communication via Discover Stortford, Town Council would be happy to promote these on their social media channels. Please be aware that it is not permitted to have unlicensed stalls on the pavement outside of the shops as this poses a health and safety risk to pedestrians.
As always with Christmas Fayre, the bottom of South Street through to the end of North Street is closed from 6am to 7pm on Saturday 7th December and strictly no vehicle access is permitted during those hours. The purpose of the Traffic Order is to ensure public safety and prevent accidents for the duration of the event.
