Congratulations to Dimitrios, Vaida and all the team at Cafe Nostimo for winning the Mayor’s Award for Business for August. They received several nominations from their loyal customers, all commending them for their excellent customer service and warm welcome. Bishop’s Stortford Mayor Cllr Keith Warnell awarded them a plaque and a certificate in recognition of their hard work.
One nomination submitted by Mr and Mrs Phillips really sums how special this cafe is:
“We have been customers for a number of years, even during lockdown, when Nostimo operated a take away service. This is not just a cafe/ deli but a cafe/deli hub. A cafe where the customer always receives a warm welcome and a smile from Dimitri, Vaida and staff and where friendships are made. The food and drink are of high quality and there is a great variety of delicious gelati. We cannot imagine Bishops Stortford without Nostimo. We always look forward to our weekly visit.“
