The BID held the AGM on Wednesday 27 September 2023, to cover the financial year from 1 April 2022 – 31 March 2023.
We are pleased to confirm that all three Directors were successfully re-appointed once again, having been required to step down and seek re-election.
As per our articles, it was also required that 4 board members stepped down, and we are grateful to them all, as they put themselves forward to stand again. All 4 were successfully re-appointed.
In addition a new board member came forward, and we are delighted to welcome Daniele Manduca from Franco Manca to the board.
The BID board now has 15 members, which is the maximum as per our Articles of Association. We are very fortunate to have these individuals who volunteer their time to represent BID businesses to help us manager the BID. For details on all board members, you can see their profiles here.
